Excellence is the result of caring more than others think is wise, risking more than others think is safe, dreaming more than others think is practical, and expecting more than others think is possible.
For years I've been working on and with worship teams and the number one frustration I've encountered is from musicians passionate about serving the Lord with their gift, but are stuck in the jail cell of limited technical skills.
Over and over I hear from adults who want to learn to play, but have trouble getting (or staying) started.

My heart burns for my fellow worshippers stuck in this rut. One of my greatest passions is to partner with my people and break them free, because learning or developing your craft is SO DOABLE!! It's not easy, because anything of value takes hard work to achieve, but it IS doable.
